When you buy refurbished laptops from 2ndBazaar, we offer you the same shopping experience as good as new laptops. We don’t stop just there. We also ensure that you get the best shipping and delivery experience with these policies.

SHIPPING POLICY

We follow a simple shipping and delivery process.
  • 1. Place the order
  • 2. Order payment is processed
  • 3. Order is tagged, assembled, packed
  • 4. Order is shipped with tracking ID
  • 5. Order is delivered

Once an order is placed, we take around 4-6 business days to deliver your refurbished laptop right to your doorstep. As soon as our shipping partner picks up your order, you will be given a tracking identification number through which you can use to track the location of your product. All local shipping are free of cost. Please note: In case you claim warranty, exchange or return of your refurbished laptop then you will be responsible for the shipping cost and the return of the product to our address.

DELIVERY POLICY

All refurbished laptops from 2ndBazaar are delivered via UPS courier service through normal deliveries. All products are delivered according to a schedule arranged with our courier service partner. However, if you are pressed for time, you can opt for same day or express delivery. You will need to mention this in the order form so we arrange for the same. Unless there are unexpected issues like delay in shipping or products being out of stock, all deliveries take around 4-6 business days.
