While we guarantee that you’ll love the refurbished laptops you purchase at 2ndBazaar.com, we do value your freedom to choose and return at any time you like. To ensure a streamline process of exchange, refund, cancellation, and warranty claim, we have the following policies in place.
We recommend you read the following carefully before placing an order.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
All products on 2ndBazaar are refurbished through a quality checking process established by Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher certification. Nevertheless, they are not brand new, and may be defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not work properly, you can request for an exchange within 7 business days, no questions asked. Here’s how to return a product for exchange:
- 1. Notify us on our contact number (+1)844-261-1206 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- 2. Provide purchase evidence such as invoice, payment mode and order ID.
- 3. Ship back the product to 2ndBazaar as is, in the original box with warranty card, accessories and manual (if any).
- 4. Your return product will be processed for exchange.
Please note: Make sure you have not missed any component, otherwise exchange will not be possible.
List the damage or defect on a separate sheet; never mark or write on the product or components.
Ship your product for exchange or return within 7 working days to avail this policy.
Once we receive your returned product, it will be checked for defect or damage, and a replacement will be given of the same product; no questions asked.
In case your replacement product is not available then an exchange with another product, or a refund is given.
For returns and exchange products, the customer bears the shipping cost. For more information on this please check this page.
You can request for a refund at any time you like, no questions asked.
All refunds are made to original mode of payment, and when we receive the product, checked and verified according to the refund request. Refunds are applicable when a product is not available for exchange.
Please note under following circumstances we will not issue a refund:
- We do not refund if we have a replacement product.
- We do not refund the shipping cost, for sending the product back to us.
- We do not refund if you are asking for a brand new product.
- We do not refund paid warranties.
Products on 2ndBazaar are refurbished and not brand new. While we put all our refurbished laptops through rigorous MAR testing and checking processes, sometimes there are unexpected faults or defects. For this purpose we offer the following warranties.
30 days free trial warranty: allows you to check your product, and if you are not satisfied then get a hardware replacement when you ship the product back to us within 30 days.
6 months to 1 year paid warranties: allows you to get extended warranty period for hardware product replacement at a small price.
All warranties are applicable and can be claimed on defective, out-of-order or malfunctioned products.
You can claim warranty by notifying us via phone (+1)844-261-1206 or email email@example.com within the time period given above. Any claim beyond this period will not be applicable.
When you claim warranty you need to provide:
- Order ID
- Copy of product invoice
- Ship the product to us with all accessories, documents and manuals.
Please note: Warranty claim does not include shipping charges; this is the responsibility of the customer.
All types of cancellation are allowed within 3-4 hours of placing an order, no questions asked.
Your canceled order request only takes effect when you notify 2ndBazaar by calling our number (+1)844-261-1206 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within the time frame of 3-4 hours.
We wait for 3-4 hours before processing orders. Once an order is processed, no cancellation is allowed.
